I currently have an Epi Les Paul Standard (600 CND cost me fight) I have received So you can always return anyway I saw that the signal Epi Slash Les Paul comes out tomorrow .... I can I was excited because I love bar but it costs 1100 ... I saw the differences are as follows: bar (Duh ).... it is beautiful (the value Duno)-Hard Case and his new book and a few peaks (Fight is 90) - Seymour Duncan Alnico II Pro humbuckers (probably worth 100 a piece)-Vintage (tuners are better than Grover heard, but not ..) stopbar Security lock your tulip and Tune-o-matic (probably better) nickel-Hardwear (probably better than chrome)-ears and neck joint Aparently .. Sustainable 20%) of larger frets (That I love) sounds good, but the right ?.... Is it worth $ 500 + tax?
Your first problem is that your purchase of an Epiphone. A real Gibson is light years better than the Epiphone best on the market. You get what you pay for, especially with the guitars. But if you really want to stay cheap, so I would say, get a slash. The Seymour Duncan is better than the generic Japanese pickup in your guitar today. They have a response very hot and amazing tone. In addition, if you spend 500 more in a bar "version, save 500 more and get a nice Gibson Custom.
