Is it wrong to hang the guitar by the neck with a wall mount?
My guitar teacher told me that it is wrong to hang on your neck because is supposed to feel in the body. He actually bought one that was hanged for a time, and does not sound good, took him to a guitar technician and said hang guitar damaged. Thank you in advance!
There is nothing wrong with a guitar around his neck. Using traditional measures, where the body of the guitar sitting on it not recommended for solid body Electric Guitars, however. The guitar is at an angle between the neck and solid body and can affect Long term the curvature of the neck (easily fixed) I do not recommend letting a good tool if sitting outside all the time (using a support or not) unless you have a room where temperature and humidity are strictly controlled, which in most cases does not work.
