Some guitar parts, if any, have different names and terms used to describe it as the tremolo arm. The tremolo arm is an adjustment lever is connected to the bridge of the guitar. By moving the arm or lever, the bridge is up and down, and raising or lowering the bridge, the strings themselves are up and down.
